Beginning at 7:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 through approximately 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 26, 2018, it shall be necessary to close the entire intersection of Coy Road and Brown Road to all traffic. The closure is necessary to permit Cash Services, LLC to install a waterline across Coy Road at Brown Road for the above project.
The entire intersection of Coy Road and Brown Road will be closed to all traffic throughout the duration of the waterline crossing work.
Access to all Coy Road properties and subdivisions south of Brown Road shall be from Curtice Road.
Access to all Coy Road properties and subdivisions north of Brown Road shall be from Pickle Road.
Access to all Brown Road properties and subdivisions west of Coy Road shall be from Wheeling Street
Access to all Brown Road properties and subdivisions east of Coy Road shall be from Lallendorf Road
This work is expected to be completed by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, October 26, 2018.
Beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, Seaman Road between Whittlesey Avenue and 100' east of Berlin Avenue and Berlin Avenue between Seaman Road and Edwin Street will be closed to through traffic. The closure is necessary to permit Brenneman Excavating, Inc to adjust two manholes in Seaman Road. The actual work zone area will be on Seaman Road between Whittlesey Avenue and 100' east of Berlin Avenue and will be closed to all through traffic throughout the duration of the sewer work.. Access to all properties on Lallendorf Road south of the work zone shall be from Seaman Road. Access to Seaman Road properties, located within the work zone, shall be from Berlin Avenue. There is no detour route.

As part of the 2018 Roadway Improvement Program, the City of Oregon will be making repairs and paving Bellcourt Drive (Starr Avenue to Randall Drive), Bellhaven Drive (Starr Avenue to Randall Drive), Randall Drive (Wheeling Street to Holly Drive) and Whittlesey Avenue (Starr Avenue to Luverne Avenue). Construction is scheduled to occur beginning the week of September 3, 2018, weather dependent, beginning with the contractor milling and removing a layer of asphalt on the roadway.Following the removal of the top coarse of asphalt, the contractor will be making base repairs as necessary. Two layers of asphalt will be placed after any base repairs are made.On-street parking will be prohibited for the duration of the project. Any vehicles left on the street that impede construction activity may be towed at the owner's expense. The contractor will maintain one lane of traffic throughout the project limits. Access to driveways will be available at all times except when the paving operation is in front of the drive. Emergency access to drives will be available at all times.
