  • Trick or Treat
    The City of Oregon has designated Monday, Oct. 31, 2016 from 6 - 8:00 pm as Trick or Treat night in observance of Halloween. Parents and motorists are urged to take safety precaution and be aware of our little "ghosts and goblins" roaming our neighborhoods. ghost
  • Road Closure: Cedar Point Rd (between Dupont Rd and Wynn Rd)

    Beginning Monday, September 12, 2016 through Friday, October 14, 2016, weather permitting, it shall be necessary to close Cedar Point Road between Dupont Road & Wynn Road and Dupont Road between Cedar Point Road & Bay Shore Road.  The closure is necessary to permit Underground Utilities Inc. to make roadway connections as part of the Relocated Cedar Point Road and Dupont Road Project.

  • Household Sewage Treatment System Repair Program

    The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) is providing funding to the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department (TLCHD) for assisting Lucas County households with the repair and replacement of failing household sewage systems (HSTS).  This project is an assistance program designed to reimburse registered sewage installers with costs associated with the replacement or repair of a failed HSTS.  Click here for program information.

  • Road Closure: Navarre Avenue (between Patchen Rd & Cresceus

    Beginning Monday, August 8, 2016 through Friday, September 30, 2016, it shall be necessary to close Navarre Avenue to all traffic between Patchen Road and Cresceus Road.The road closure is necessary to permit the ES Wagner Company to replace the existing Navarre Avenue Bridge over Otter Creek for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT).  The project also involves the resurfacing of Navarre Avenue (SR 2) from the railroad underpass to Cresceus Road including the addition of sidewalks and paved berms.

    The signed detour route for all through vehicles shall be Navarre Avenue, I-280 and Woodville Road. (See attached map).
