The City of Oregon contracted with JMB Construction, Inc., 822 Tralger Road, Toledo, Ohio 43612, to replace the existing Starr Avenue Extension Bridge over Wolf Creek, which is located between Wynn Road and Stadium Road.  The existing concrete slab bridge was replaced with a new precast concrete arch section bridge on reinforced concrete spread footings.  Work on the project was completed in Mid-April 2010.
